Schaeffler Group buys more Continental AG stock

FRANKFURT, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Schaeffler Group bought additional shares in Continental AG by request of banks that helped it launch its takeover offer for the company, Handelsblatt newspaper said on Tuesday.
