FRANKFURT, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Ball bearings maker Schaeffler is prepared to raise its cash offer for Continental AG to 75 euros per share from 70.12, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing supervisory board sources.
