Schaeffler says CFO takes helm as CEO leaves company


BERLIN, Oct 4 (Reuters) - German auto parts maker Schaeffler said on Friday that its Finance Chief Klaus Rosenfeld will take the helm of the company for an interim period as Chief Executive Juergen Geissinger is leaving the company with immediate effect.
