Schwarzenegger accuses U.S. government on warming

WASHINGTON, May 21 (Reuters) - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger of California and fellow Republican Gov. Jodi Rell of Connecticut accused the U.S. government on Monday of "inaction and denial" on global warming.
