FRANKFURT, Sept 17 (Reuters) - German graphite electrode maker SGL Carbon has appointed Sten Daugaard to replace Bruno Toniolo as Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, the company said on Friday.
It added that SGL's supervisory board had elected Max Dietrich Kley, a board member since late April, to replace Utz-Hellmuth Felcht as chairman. Felcht will remain on the board "for the time being."
