FRANKFURT, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Shareholders in Germany's SGL Carbon approved a capital increase at an extrordinary meeting on Thursday in which the world's top producer of graphite electrodes for steelmakers aims to raise 200 million euros ($254 million).
