SHANGHAI, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd has signed a preliminary agreement to sell its 50.32 percent stake in Shanghai Diesel Engine Co Ltd to Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group) (SAIC).
