Siemens - Continental offer for VDO no rival to IPO

FRANKFURT, May 16 (Reuters) - German tyre and car parts maker Continental has not made an attractive offer to buy the VDO automotive electronics business from Siemens , Siemens finance chief Joe Kaeser told Reuters on Wednesday.
