Siemens says Continental paid best price for VDO

FRANKFURT, July 25 (Reuters) - German car-parts supplier Continental offered the best price in a contest to buy Siemens automotive unit VDO, Siemens Chief Executive Peter Loescher told a conference call on Wednesday.
