Sona Koyo in JV with US-based AAM International


MUMBAI, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd said on Monday its board approved a joint venture with U.S.-based AAM International Holdings Inc. to make axles. Sona said in a statement it will own 30 percent of the JV, and AAM, the rest. The JV will make variants of axles for Indian truck and car maker Tata Motors Ltd , it said.
