South Africa's Super Group agrees to buy Mica

JOHANNESBURG, July 30 (Reuters) - South African transport logistics firm Super Group has reached agreement to buy hardware retailer Mica Plus Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the company said on Friday.
