S&P cuts Visteon's junk rating by three notches

NEW YORK, April 20 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's on Wednesday cut Visteon Corp.s' debt ratings deeper into junk, citing earning and cash flow pressures, as well as the weak auto industry in general.
