S&P delays Fiat rating decision on spin-off talk

MILAN, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Ratings agency Standard & Poor's said on Wednesday it had delayed a decision on whether to cut the debt rating of Fiat until the group had clarified its plans for its loss-making car unit.
