S&P says reviewing outlook for GM's debt ratings

NEW YORK, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's on Friday affirmed General Motor Corp.'s debt rating but said it is considering changing the stable outlook, in what could be a first step toward cutting the company to junk status.
