SPX Corp sees Q2 EPS 65 cents-80 cents


BOSTON, April 29 (Reuters) - Diversified U.S. manufacturer SPX Corp said on Wednesday it expects to earn 65 cents to 80 cents per share in the second quarter and forecast revenue would decline 16 percent to 20 percent. In slides posted to its website ahead of a conference call with analysts, the company said it expects to take about $30 million in restructuring charges in the quarter.
