MOSCOW, Nov 22 (Reuters) - The head of Russia's state industry body Boris Alyoshin will become the new chairman of Russia's AvtoVAZ, the maker of Lada cars, Moscow business daily Vedomosti said on Tuesday, calling the move "quiet nationalisation".
