BOMBAY, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Japan's Sumitomo Corp. plans to acquire 15.62 percent of Indian commercial vehicle maker Swaraj Mazda Ltd. from Mazda Motor Corp. , taking its stake to 41.03 percent, the National Stock Exchange said on Thursday.
It said the shares would be acquired at 303.32 rupees each. ($1 = 43.5 Indian rupees)
