PARIS – Rumors PSA Peugeot Citroen plans to sell its majority stake in auto-supplier Faurecia have gained credibility since CM-CIC Securities’ recent announcement that it probably will happen. Faurecia supplies systems and components in four areas: seating, emission control, interiors and exteriors.
