Talwalkars says JV to acquire salon chain


MUMBAI, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Fitness chain Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd said on Thursday its 50:50 joint venture with Pantaloon Retail Ltd's will acquire 'Star and Sitara,' a beauty and hair salon chain.
