Tata Motors, Fiat eye R&D, marketing deal - paper

MUMBAI, Sept 20 (Reuters) - India's Tata Motors Ltd. and Italy's Fiat are close to signing a deal on research and development and marketing, the Business Standard reported on Tuesday.
