MUMBAI, Sept 21 (Reuters) - India's top bus and truck maker, Tata Motors Ltd. , has entered a deal with Thailand's Thai Rung Union Car PCL to set up a manufacturing plant for pickup trucks, the Business Standard paper said on Wednesday. Tata Motors, which also makes cars and utility vehicles, is also examining the possibility of setting up a production base for hybrid and low-cost vehicles in Thailand, the paper said.
