Tax drives Componenta owner's stake out of Finland


HELSINKI, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Heikki Lehtonen, the biggest shareholder at Finnish industrial parts maker Componenta , said on Friday he had moved his 34.7 percent stake out of the country to avoid looming tax changes. "The taxation in Finland is going to change, and publicly listed companies will have to pay 20 percent dividend tax from 2005," Lehtonen told Reuters. "I made my decision not to wait until 2005."
