BEIJING, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Co and General Motors [GM.UL] have agreed to extend by a month their deadline for Tengzhong to close its purchase of GM's Hummer brand, Bloomberg reported, citing a GM official.
