Tesla offers lease option for its electric cars


SAN FRANCISCO, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Electric carmaker Tesla Motors is now offering a lease option to get more consumers to drive its pricey Roadster and Roadster Sport cars. The lease offer is for the 2010 model year cars with monthly payments starting at $1,658 for a three-year, 30,000 mile contract, the company said on Thursday.
