(The following statement was released by the rating agency) Feb 25 - Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Baa2 from A3 the long-term issuer rating of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (Nissan) and the senior unsecured long-term debt rating of its supported subsidiaries. The company's Prime-2 short term ratings were not affected. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
