(The following statement was released by the rating agency) Aug 26 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said it has affirmed its 'BB-' corporate credit ratings on Warrenville, Ill.-based truck and engine producer Navistar International Corp. and its subsidiary, Navistar Financial Corp.
