Thailand, Peru to cut tariffs before sealing FTA

BANGKOK, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Thailand and Peru will sign a pre-free trade agreement this week under which thousands of goods can be traded tariff free, a Thai government spokesman said on Wednesday.
