Tognum says checks IPO prospectus details


FRANKFURT, June 27 (Reuters) - German diesel motor maker Tognum said on Wednesday it is reviewing whether it might have to correct its initial public offering prospectus, but the listing was still on schedule. A company spokesman said Tognum was checking the document after an analyst had pointed out discrepancies. The 2005 pretax profit of 88.9 million euros was correct, he added.
