Toyota, funds to take 33 pct of Misawa Homes-paper

TOKYO, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Toyota Motor Corp. and private equity funds are set to take control of troubled home builder Misawa Homes Holdings Inc. , the Nihon Keizai newspaper said on Wednesday.
