TOKYO, April 23 (Reuters) - Toyota Motor Corp said on Wednesday it sold a record 2,412,602 vehicles worldwide in the January-March quarter, up 2.7 percent from the same period a year earlier.
For the business year ended March 31, the group, which includes minivehicle unit Daihatsu Motor Co and truck maker Hino Motors Ltd , sold 9,430,126 vehicles, for a rise of 4.7 percent. (Reporting by Chang-Ran Kim)
