NEW YORK, June 20 (Reuters) - Auto parts supplier TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. said on Monday it has formed a joint venture with China South Industries Group to make advanced braking and steering systems for China's automotive market. TRW and China South will hold equal ownership of the joint venture. TRW did not give a value for the deal.
