Turkey won't extend auto tax breaks - Minister

ISTANBUL, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Turkey will not extend tax breaks introduced to benefit the automotive sector but is considering a possible "cash for clunkers" programme, Industry Minister Nihat Ergun said on Wednesday.
