Turkish Tofas says Q2 net profit rises 56 pct y/y

ISTANBUL, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Turkish auto maker Tofas said second quarter consolidated net profit rose 56 percent year-on-year to 68.7 million lira ($57.7 million). First half net profit was posted at 152.8 million lira, lower than a Reuters poll forecast of 159.7 million lira.
