TURIN, Italy Jan 24 (Reuters) - Umberto Agnelli has been nominated by the Agnelli's family holding company as its new chairman, replacing brother Gianni who died earlier on Friday.
The holding, Giovanni Agnelli & C., also said in a statement that it would hold a capital increase of 250 million euros.
Giovanni Agnelli & C controls carmaker Fiat via two other family holdings, Ifi and Ifil .
