DEARBORN, Mich., Feb 14 (Reuters) - United Auto Workers President Ron Gettelfinger said on Thursday he expected fewer than 20,000 workers at General Motors Corp , or less than 30 percent of its U.S. factory work force, to accept a just-launched round of buyouts from the automaker.
