HANOVER, Germany, March 28 (Reuters) - Swiss bank UBS has built up a voting stake of 3.45 percent in German tyremaker and automotive supplier Continental AG , Continental said on Wednesday.
It also said French insurer AXA's stake had fallen below 3 percent to 2.52 percent.
