Ukraine cracks down on loutish traffic cops

KIEV, July 21 (Reuters) - Ukraine's notoriously corrupt and foul-mouthed traffic police have been denounced by President Viktor Yushchenko as a disgrace and told they have to mend their ways or face dismissal.
