KIEV, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Ukraine's large bus and carmaker, Bogdan, said on Tuesday it had sold a 5 percent stake of the company to a British investment company, NLV Private Equity & Investment Ltd. Bogdan, under the control of a holding company belonging to businessman and central bank official Petro Poroshenko, disclosed no details of the deal.
