CHICAGO, July 30 (Reuters) - The United Steelworkers union said on Monday its members have ratified a contract with Carlyle Group [CYL.UL], the private equity firm, needed to complete its purchase of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.'s engineered products unit.
