(Adds details, background) MOSCOW, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Russian-Dutch tyre manufacturer Amtel-Vredestein has halted talks with Russian petrochemical firm Sibur over a planned merger of their tyre assets, a source close to the talks said on Tuesday.
