(adds detail, background, share) STOCKHOLM, APRIL 27 (Reuters) - Autoliv , the world's biggest maker of air bags and seat belts, reported first-quarter pretax earnings above expectations on Thursday but predicted that sales would slip in the current quarter. Quarterly pretax profit rose to $133 million, in part due to an "exceptionally low tax rate", from a year-ago $123 million to come in ahead of the mean forecast of $128 million seen in a Reuters poll of analysts.
