(In U.S. dollars unless noted) VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Fuel cell developer Ballard Power Systems Inc. said on Wednesday it narrowed its loss in the fourth quarter and chairman John Sheridan will switch to the post of chief executive. The company said it had a net loss of $16 million, or 14 cents per share, in the quarter. That compared with $55 million, or 46 cents per share, in the same period a year earlier.
