(Adds detail) OTTAWA, Nov 21 (Reuters) - A drop in new vehicle sales caused Canadian retail sales to fall 0.2 percent in September, below expectations and marking the first quarterly decline since 2003, Statistics Canada said on Wednesday. Excluding dealers of new and used vehicles and parts, sales inched 0.1 percent higher in the month.
