(Adds detail, trader comment) MILAN, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Italy's Fiat reported a much narrower third-quarter loss for its core auto unit on Wednesday, beating analyst forecasts and helping it post a profit at group level. Fiat Auto, which is struggling back from record losses, made a trading loss of 85 million euros, down from 282 million a year ago and less than forecasts of a 141 million euro loss.
