WASHINGTON, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Italian automobile and truck maker Fiat SpA agreed to pay more than $10 million to settle allegations of kickbacks linked to the sale of goods to Iraq under the U.N. oil-for-food program, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Monday.
