UPDATE 1-Ford sees annual cash savings of $1 bln from trust

DETROIT, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Ford Motor Co said on Thursday the annual net cash savings from a trust fund being established to take over retiree health-care liabilities is estimated at $1 billion.
