(Adds comment, details, background) LONDON, June 23 (Reuters) - Magnesium prices in Europe have dropped almost 10 percent, or $150 a tonne, in the past few weeks as the market's key consumers in the car industry opted to buy less and draw down stocks, dealers said. Prices for primary metal, mostly used as an alloy with aluminium in the auto and beverage can industries, are around $1,520-570 a tonne. The market was last that low in early 2003.
