(Adds details, stock price) FRANKFURT, Dec 22 (Reuters) - German engineering group MAN has arranged a 2 billion-euro ($2.7-billion) syndicated credit line with a consortium of 25 banks, it said on Wednesday. The five-year facility has two extension options and replaces at better terms a syndicated credit agreed in December 2000, it said in a statement.
