TOKYO, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp , Japan's fourth-largest automaker, said on Thursday it is recalling 164,584 minicars due to possible transmission defects and at an estimated cost of 10 billion yen ($82 million). The recall and its comparatively high cost is another thorn in the side for the automaker, still working to overcome a major customer complaints scandal two years ago resulting in the recall of almost two million vehicles worldwide.
