(Adds further CEO comments, background) PARIS, May 23 (Reuters) - French carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroen aims to cut its fixed costs by 30 percent as part of a restructuring plan, Chief Executive Christian Streiff told French newspaper Les Echos. Streiff said in an interview published on Wednesday PSA Peugeot Citroen would maintain its plan for savings of 600 million euros ($806.9 million) a year.
